Return/Refund Policy

At GetTiresOnline.com your satisfaction is very important to us. If we have made an error in fulfilling your order or if you need to return or exchange an item, GetTiresOnline.com will accept returns within 30 days of initial delivery. Please call (888) 9-Get-Tires (1-888-943-8847) for assistance in having the product returned (9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday; all times EST).

A dedicated GetTiresOnline.com member of our Customer Service Team will provide you with the information necessary to return the item and answer any questions regarding your order and our return policy.

Limitations

  1. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. GetTiresOnline.com will not accept any tires that have been used, driven on, mounted to a rim or that does not have the manufacturers Tire Information Label attached.
  3. The shipping charges will be subtracted from the amount being refunded. We will credit the sale price, less a $15.00 per tire shipping fee. A re-stocking fee of 10% (Ten Percent) per item will be charged for return items.
  4. Refund/Credit will not be issued until the returned items have been inspected for damage and for prior use or mounting.
  5. When issuing refunds, purchases made via credit cards will have the amount to be refunded credited back to the credit card and payments received via check will be refunded by check (once the original funds have cleared) to the billing address.
  6. No returns will be accepted without the proper, prior authorization from GetTiresOnline.com. Call (888) 943-8847 for a Return Authorization Number (NOTE: Items without a Return Authorization Number will NOT be accepted for credit).
  7. In the event the product return is due to GetTiresOnline.com error, GetTiresOnline will assume the return freight costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return freight costs.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your order arrives damaged as a result of the shipping or handling process, accept/receive the product and then contact GetTiresOnline.com at (888) 943-8847. We will report the damage to the carrier and handle the replacement or exchange of the product.

Any shipments refused by the customer will result in shipping charges for both ways on all products returned plus a re-stocking fee of 10% (Ten Percent) per item.

Special Notes Regarding Returns

  • GetTiresOnline.com is not responsible for damage to the merchandise occurring during a return shipment. For your protection, you may want to purchase insurance on all merchandise being returned to guard against any damages that occur during the return shipping process.
  • Make sure the completed Shipping Label is securely attached to each item being returned.

Special Notes Regarding Manufacturer’s Warranty

Tires covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty provided by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. If you need to make a warranty claim, please call us at: (888) 943-8847. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

*The customer is responsible for procuring insurance for risk of loss during shipment.
